Design or redesign of the recruiting process
Depending on company strategies or particular problems, we analyze the existing recruiting process to suggest changes that will improve its effectiveness. The ROI of the new process can then be demonstrated.
Establishment of a new process takes place with the involvement of everyone concerned. A communication and training plan is also designed to support project success.


Competency-based selection interviews
When companies require an outside opinion to assess candidates, we carry out interviews based on a competency profile.
Using reports and other data from performance evaluations or psychometric testing, we can facilitate the selection of candidates.


Training in competency-based selection interview techniques
The main objective of this training programme is to enable HR professionals and managers to use all the techniques proposed in the Interview Architect®. If the organization does not utilise Lominger tools, we can create interviewing techniques from a databank of competencies available.
