e-Development makes it possible for anyone to plan, organize and control his/her development. Whether it is after a performance evaluation or a 360°, you will be able to work out a development plan and follow it up for a year or more. This Web system will give you access to databanks that allow you to choose development activities then plan thereafter their implementation. The system reminds you when you are supposed to start and carry out each of these activities, and you can include your ideas, comments and lessons from your experiences.

As a manager, you will be able to supervise and measure the progress of competency development for your whole team. As a HR manager, you can quickly have an overall picture of all the development activities as well as the progress of a person or a group of people.
